All shipments are sent out within 24 hours of receiving the order (unless it is a holiday, in which it will be shipped the next standard business day). Shopping local? Our Online Return Policy:

All online returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to qualify for a return, items must be shipped back to our store un-worn and with original tags attached. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. ALL SALE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, BATHING SUITS & JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE. Please also include a copy of your receipt or order form which includes your name, email address and phone number. Email us at Hello@ShoppeTwelve.com to begin your return process. Once we receive your merchandise, you will be emailed a store credit that can be used both online or in-store.
